Hi there and welcome to CCSP,
This problem may be being caused by the Sasser worm. To remove it there is a tool.
To use the tool, click one of the links for the tool, such as www.f-secure.com/tools/f-sasser.zip. This will download the tool onto the computer. Double-click the file, and it will open and automatically perform the steps needed to find and remove the Sasser infection. Restart the computer, and it should be clean.
To prevent future infection, the vulnerability must be patched. An update is available from Microsoft, as detailed in the company's Security Bulletin MS04-011 on its Web site at www.microsoft.com
Let us know if that solves the problem
Big Smiles
