As you M$ has a way of not completing what they start. The firewall they provide is barely adequate unfortunately no one has caught upto the 64 bit structure and per usual someone found an exploit ................
Enough of my raving............

The Remedy:

If you do a search for iexplorer you will find 2,
1 in C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\ the correct place for it and
1 in C:\WINDOWS\ the culprit. If you check the props the culprit is from the MI company file ver is 1.0 and it's from China need i say more.

Simply delete the file, if it says it can't, stop any iexplorer process running and then delete it.
