Hey,

I have recently bought a new Dell All-In-One printer. However I can't seem to get the cartridge carrier to go to the middle so I can put in the ink.

I have read the instructions that came with it and it says lifting up the cover will make the carrier move to the middle but, it doesnt.

Can somebody help me please??

Although not familiar with Dell printers, lifting the cover with the power on, usually has the carrier return to approximate center on most makes. Try it.
