I have seen some infected machines before but the previous record was only 96 processes .

Seven and a half minutes , no lie . I timed it because it was funny as hell that she was even trying to use this thing anymore . Xp with only 128 megs of ram to make matters worse .

I am making a ghost clone of her drive just to see if I can clean it up but will just back up her music and reload her system so she can have it back sooner .

Well, you've got to admire someone who can happily run XP in 128MB Ram anyway, even with just the usual sevices running .

I did have 128Mb of RAM on XP and it was slow as ****. So I invested 40 quid in 512Mb of RAM. Runs like a dream now. (Touching wood)
