"Internet Explorer Options" problem
Under the Security tab, my Restricted area has disappeared .
What do I do?I need to be able to get to it.

Scroll down to "Secure By Default"

The above article explains how changing the value of a particular registry entry can make "Restricted Sites" disappear. Check to see if your registry has that particular value.
