I just thought I'd drop a line at this festive time of the year to say a big Thankyou to all the helpers and volunteers at Castlecops for the unconditional help I have received in my moments of blind panic or confusion.
You are all fantastic and I'd like to say a particular thankyou to jurgenv who has shown great efficiency and patience in the speed and content of his replies whilst helping me recently over on the Hijack This forum.
