Hello all
I am unable to update to the latest version of AVG 7.5 from 7.1, I have now uninstalled 7.1 and removed all the files and folders, including all traces from the registry(unless I have missed something).
Here is the error;
Local machine: installation failed
Installation:
Error: Action failed for registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AVG7Uninstall\Features: creating registry key....
Access is denied. (5)
Any ideas anyone?
I am running windows XP Pro.
