Hi all, I.ve been trying to install AntiVir Classic on my Win98SE PC but get a Runtime error that says:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library
Runtime Error
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Any ideas as to the cause?

Thanks for the link cudni, I hadn't seen that. The message was a bit confusing though. It said no new versions of AntiVir for Win98 OSs after 1-07-2004, then it gives a link for the latest version for Win98? The two statements seem to conflict, or have I read them incorrectly?
Anyway I've downloaded the latest version and I'll try again. Thanks for for your quick reply. Cheers.
