Every time i open IE7, every few minutes a IE7 window pops up and says at the website link: url.cpvfeed.com then a lot of numbers and letters. then it says it could not be displayed.
sometimes when i try to close it it does nothing, so i try to close it again and it also closes the window I'm using and it gets annoying. i googled how to remove it but i can't understand a word of it.
currently I'm running windows defender (my only spy ware removal) with checked updates.
please help, its getting very annoying.

could you run panda activescan to identify the infection
if you don't use many browser addons you could just reset internet explorer from control panel

While Panda might pick it up, this infection is not dependent on IE settings. While it looks like IE is grabbing the pop-ups from on-line, that isn't the case. This infection will create pop-ups even if the system is physically disconnected from the internet by disconnecting the cables or phone line. _________________ Don't read? Can't learn!
