Everytime I try to copy and paste a recepie from the internet into microsoft word I get a box that pops up and says There is insufficient memory or disk space. Close extra windows and save your work. I am confused what this means as I am pretty sure I have lot's of memory and disk space. Can someone help me understand what to do to fix this problem?

Try these to free up some memory and disk space:

1)General maintenance:

Run disk cleanup, error checking (scan disk), and defrag. Reboot.

2)Check for malware:

Also make sure that you are trying to copy and paste text and are not trying to copy and paste images or the whole web page.

If it is only the word part, then copying will take a short time. More images...more time!

I also agree with K027, regarding the reduction in the number of programs. Moreover tools like FreeRAM could be useful.
