Are you talking about AVG Antivirus or Antispyware? Either way did you try rebooting in Safe Mode? Restart and then start hitting F8 until it your PC comes up in safe mode. Not sure this will help, but if you can get into safe mode and log in under Administrator (You'll see this above your name) you should be able to open AVG and restore the file. I have used AVG AV and AS and it never did anything with the winlogon. exe, but it could have confused the file with spyware. Hopefully Safe Mode will help, but since you obviously have access to another PC. Do a google search for things like winlogon exe missing or can't log on to my PC and you may be able to find an answer. I'm sure an expert will answer soon, but in the meantime you can also post this in the appropriate section over in Wilders Security Forums for help.
