Can someone please help me with a problem I have with internet connectivity. I have a wireless connection, but the problem also occurs on a wired connection. I can connect to the internet fine and access pages get email etc. The problem is that intermittently, the access stops. I still have a connection to the internet, and I can release and renew my IP address, but I cannot access anything. If I reboot my computer I get access again for a few minutes

Next time your connection goes down, go to Start then click on Run, and type:
cmd
in the Run box and then tap <Enter>. Then after the black command box opens, type the following at the prompt (>):
ipconfig /all
and tap <Enter>. Post what that reports.
