Very useful tool, especially when you're stumped from a virus that creates winsock errors this cutting your internet connectivity. I keep this in a folder just in case. No viruses, I already checked. Have fun!

Be careful, this tool is no longer being maintained by the author. There are other ways to achieve the same results, so the only time I recommend using this tool at this point, is if you are running with XP or XP with SP1. All earlier operating systems have other and better ways to accomplish the same result, and XP with SP2 or later operating systems do as well.
