Need help Badly!
My Avg Free version will not Update, The Two Components on Avg that will not Update are "Update Manager" & "Anti Virus"
The connection to the Server does work as its meant too, Its connects and downloads the update files, I have my Avg set to Install the updates without the need to restart the computer, However I have tryed to install the updates with restarting Windows, I have also tryed Repairing Avg Free, and Unistalling and reinstalling Avg free as well as change some more settings in the Update Manager component.
Please any help would be Greatly welcomed lol
Thanks in advance

When you ran the uninstall, did you check off to remove user settings? If not, try another uninstall and make sure the user settings is selected for removal and then reinstall. _________________ Microsoft MVP Consumer Security, 2004-2008

I aslo ran a Virus Scan to find if I have a virus, it did not show any Virus, I might try again using a different Anti-Virus Application like Avast, I aslo tryed to install the updates Manual by going to the website and saving the files to a folder on my desktop.
