Hi everybody...Here is my problem. Suddently, from one day to another (my daughters say than they didn't install nothing..mmm) I have problems with Explorer.exe since the beginning and It doesn't allow me to work. After login, it begins to load several programs and suddenly appears a message saying that Explorer.exe has find a problem and it is going to close itself. It ask me if I want to send the report to microsoft, I answer yes, no, whatever, it closes the desktop, recovers it and again, the same problem, the same message..If I restat in safe mode, I have the same problem. Any ide about how to repair it? I don't want to reformat and reinstall, because I have a lot to backup first, but if I should do, well...
Thanks

I already tried it before, but it doesn't work. As I told before, it allows me to do login and after that, it begans to give the explorer.exe problems.

Try to use system file checker:
http://www.updatexp.com/scannow-sfc.html
If that fails, try a system restore. _________________ Member of UNITE and ASAP since 2006

It doesn't work, because windows doesn't allow me to run anything, because explorer.exe crash inmediately, when the system recovers, it crashes again, then I can not run or open anything, even the start menu. Well doesn't matter anymore, I already format and reinstall the system and I am reinstalling all my software and restoring my files now. Thanks for your help, we could close this issue.
