I have a problem with automatic updates, when it runs it fails to install the following update- Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.0 Service Pack 3 (KB930494) Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) it attempts an update when I shutdown but presumably fails each time. Can anyone suggest a solution please as I am not terribly computer literate myself. Many Thanks Gary
