Hi all.

I have a wireless network holding 3 computers. Recently, the internet on MY one computer has been extremely slow. It disconnects randomly, and when its not disconnected, can take up to 2 minutes to load a page (used to take less than a second). I remember tweaking around with regedit (trying to "optimize" my internet speed), but I may have done the exact opposite. I have done all types of virus, spyware, etc. scans, and my computer is clean. What is the problem and what can I do to fix it?

Regards
Ben

You probably answered your own question with this statement:

Did you happen to make a backup of the registry before messing with it?

You could try system restore if you can remember when you tweaked it and restore it to sometime before that.

ERUNT is a good registry backup program (for future reference).
