Antivir detected a trojan but it can't delete or quarantine due to the file being either locked or needing admin privileges. What can I do to bypass a locked file?

Howdy,

To fix that you will have to have the admin of the computer logged in or if it is your own PC you will have to switch to an admin profile to get it taken care of.
