Hi all.
I received a free game from Big Fish Games (BFG) and Hallmark, but when I attempted to download the software the following application sent my CPU usage from 4% up to 100%:
Commit: qklsghb.exe
Anyone in this forum have experience with or know what this application does and why is it tasked my hard-drive in a horrible fashion (i.e. it froze and then un-froze my computer). Thankfully I was able to shut down the processes in my task manager (i.e. there were 3 separate ones under the same .exe). My PC is new, has 120G hard drive and 2G RAM. Windows XP Tablet Edition. Fujitsu Lifebook.
BFG Tech 'Jeffry' from Seattle has no clue. He said that he doesn't recognize it, BUT this didn't start until I downloaded their software and it ended when I uninstalled it. I tried loading it again - same issues. Also, I use Embarq's antivirus software and have a firewall.
Any help appreciated!~
