I'm having a problem setting up Remote Desktop on my computer. I googled it and i did everything it told me to do and it still isn't working. I'm using vista ultimate. My router is a Netgear WPN824v2 wireless router. I'm thinking it has something to do with the router or modem because i did everything in windows that everyone else did...

any thoughts?

From where are you trying to connect? From inside the network or from the outside?

If you are connecting from outside your local area network (work, public etc..) you need to forward port 3389 on your router to the computer you want to remote to.
