Welcome to CC. So what are those features?

Hello there Paul, nice to see the big admin is here to discuss, just what I was hoping. I am actually not new to these boards, I knew about it for quite a while and been looking into becoming a more experienced person in the field of computer security.

Well, there are dozens of things new with PhpBB3. I'll give you a link to the in depth look (This was written in the time of beta testing, it has been long since and there are probably even more changes to it). Take a look at it, quite an eyeful but it beats me typing out a lesser version of it for you and possibly changing your looks on it .

Sub Forums, Post Icons, Manage Subscriptions, Friends, and more is some of the nicer things that would look good here. Especially the long, extremely organized list of forum sections would be improved with the subforum improvement. An idea: You could make the General discussion areas of categories the root forum, and the rest the more specific boards. Simple as that.

That, and the entire administration feature list section would definatelly be better for you. This is a great new release and it would be a shame not to stay up to date with the version of PhpBB, especially with features as shown. The homepage area of this forum would be replaced with the new amazing phpbb3 portal.

On the phpnuke side, they are working on integrating it into phpbb3, there are several mods for phpbb3 that may suffice for that minor loss, especially since it has to do with your site. Anyway, fool around with it and see what you can think of. This is a very good release candidate. It would go hand in hand with the new servers for the place.
