As of today I cannot access some of my regular (favorite) websites including one (but not another) POP email accounts. If I use my wife's computer, I can connect to the websites, but if I connect my computer using her line it still doesn't work.
I've rebooted several times, cleared the cache and have done a virus scan. I am at a loss.
I've got an IBM X32 laptop.
Any help will be appreciated.

Now it's all working - after 3 hrs of trying. Haven't a clue why, other than castlecops must have scared it off.

Comcast had a major outage, I think with some of their backbone routers. I've had the same issue for several days, but it is gradually improving now. You should be having better access now.
