This file is part of a rogue program called 3wplayer (http://www.3wplayer.com/index.php?affiliate=NP_0001). It has many detections on virustotal and most viruslabs I sent it to added detection after I sent it. But not Kaspersky, they keep saying it's clean. I tried running it in Sandboxie, but it just crashed.

I think I've seen this program before and if I remember correctly Kaspersky said it wasn't malware when I sent it to them.
