Thanks BigFelix for uploading the file. When you attach a file here, only staff members can see the file. Thats why it may seem that when you attach a file a problem may have occurred.
The deciever file belongs to spycatcher. It is a harmless file that was supposed to be temporarily added to replace a malicious dll file. I dont know why it was still left intact to your system. At least we knew what it is now. You can delete the file off of your desktop now.
