Getting ready to report this page to freehostia.com, but this page has a frame that I'm not finding much information on.

There are four inserted iframes:
URL hxxp://try-count.net/strong/194/ <Frame>
URL hxxp://try-count.net/dl/newnew.php?adv=194 <Frame>
URL hxxp://sclgntfy.com/ent3027.htm <Frame>

The above three are well noted on the web concerning their exploits and what they do. It's the four frame I'm not having any luck with.

Fourth frame:
URL hxxp://ini7.com/lc10092.html <Frame>

4th frame tries to run

I seems that a new spam brand 'DebtFree' is using ini7.com. I cannot find were they are calling it from. It isn't present on the main page or looking at the .js file it loads. I only noticed it because of no script for FF.
