About once a day my antivirus program bitdefender says it blocks something called "behaveslike:win32.malware" with a path of "c:system vol..a0099904.exe" on my computer. It states that my computer is safe from it. What do I need to do to not even see it associated to my computer?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

thx

If you believe that your computer has malware, try working through the MRP:

@ 24giovanni

Let me add, and suggest you use your Bitdefender AV to do a complete scan of the system in normal mode, and also in Safe mode.
This if "only" that 1 file is tagged, or if there are more files that are tagged.
If it is just that one file, it is in one of the System Restore points, and poses no immediate threat "unless" you were to use System Restore.
Do not change or do anything on System Restore for now. Hold off until after your Bitdefender scan results, and any findings by following the MRP
