I ran my Trend Micro Antivirus program and it found a virus
PAK_Generic.001 and it put it in Quaratined. Is there anything else I need to do? Should I run a hijack thhis log, and follow the MSR procedure, or is it okay? Is my computer safe now that it is in Quarantined?

Go to the Trend Micro web site and look up the detected virus in their database. That might tell you whether you need to do additional manual cleanup work.

Quarantined files cannot harm your computer although the program that the quarantined file originates from may be inoperable.
