Ok so i tried everything i could think of and cant even find any remains of what would be causing these annoying popups. Just at any random time a chinese popup in internet explorer will come up. It started to get worse cause that system shutdown window would come up and id quickly have to save everything. I fixed that shutdown timer thing pretty quick but that didnt fix the annoying china popups. Here is my hijackthis log. Please help me.
