I have purchased and downloaded NIS 2004 Professional Edition Update. My computer came with 2003 edition as a pre-loaded (trial?) edition. When I tried to activate the download I discovered that my pc does not have the required file C:\Program files\Common Files\Symantec shared\LiveReg\symcsub.exe to enable me to get to the Activation Key input request. Any ideas anyone? I have now passed the 60 day refund period that Symantec allows, and they will not accept a request fo a refund or send me the disk.
