Hi guys,

My internet randomly disconnects me from my proper connection and tries to connect via another number. I do not see the other number dialling but if I allow it to continue my system tells me I have connected via a connection called 'all' which does not exist on my computer. It seems to be a porn dial-up as it automatically connects to a site called xyz.69.com.

I have run ad-aware, spybot, cwshredder and avg but they cannot erase the problem. Please help!!!!

Many thanks.

Hmmm, I thought spybot got rid of dialers. Is your sybot and ad-aware up to date? You should also get spyware blaster.

One thing you can do is open spybot and goto "tools" then "startup." If you can't find it, goto advance mode. Anyway bascially this is what starts up. See if you can see anything funky. Somethings shouldnt be un-checked, cause you need it. Spybot will get you a small dsicription if you put your mouse cursor over the item. But you can always be sure by going here CastleCops Link/StartupList.html which is a nice list to show you whats safe or not.

If that doesn't work, I recommend you download HiJackThis and scan and save your log and post it up in the HiJack spyware forum. You can either wait for someone to reply or go here CastleCops Link/HijackThis.html which is a nice tutorial on the program.

Hope this helps you man!

Doh, I forgot about that!

You need to switch over to advance mode. The extra options are in advance mode. Eh, sorry bout that.

Hope you figure it out!
