I have Windows XP. Whenever i use a limited account, the internet is slow and it takes a long time for it to detect proxy settings. However, when i use da adminstrator everyting is fast. No program tat needs Internet is 2 slow. MSN messenger doesnt even work. Do u know y tis culd be happenin only on da limited account?
