Hi Milo_milo_uk, welcome.
Are you sure that is your entire log ?
Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P NETWORKING] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\P2P NETWORKING\P2P NETWORKING.EXE /AUTOSTART
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [updater] C:\Program Files\Common files\updater\wupdater.exe

Reboot and go to add remove programs to remove:
P2P NETWORKING
AltnetPointsManager
Reboot as required And Delete:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\P2P NETWORKING <--- folder
c:\program files\altnet <--- folder
C:\Program Files\Common files\updater <--- folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\CMEII <--- folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT <--- folder
Incidentally, unless of course you installed the MyBar Search bar wittingly, go to Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall the My Way Speed Bar.
If no joy, have Hijack This fix these as well:
O2 - BHO: myBar BHO - {0494D0D1-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\MYWAY\MYBAR\1.BIN\MYBAR.DLL
O3 - Toolbar: &SearchBar - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\MYWAY\MYBAR\1.BIN\MYBAR.DLL
Then restart your computer, and delete the C:\Program files\Myway folder.
Download Spybot - Search & Destroy
Short tutorial and download link here:
http://tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/index1.html
Now press Settings, and Settings again.
Go to the Webupdate section, and check "Display also available beta versions".
Now press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.
Next, close all Internet Explorer windows, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds.
Reboot.
.
Download Ad-Aware at http://lavasoft.element5.com/software/adaware/
After installing AAW, and before running the program, update by using the Globe icon.
Shut down and restart Ad-Aware.
Now press "Scan Now", "Select drives\folders to scan" and select the active partition (usually C: ), then 'next', and let Ad-Aware scan your drives.
It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys. Click 'Next' again.
Rightclick in that pane and choose "select all" and click 'next'.
It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items. Click OK.
Finally, close Ad-Aware, and reboot.

It's just because I came across this particular KeenValue variant a while ago, and requested the files... _________________ Tony CLSID List

Well, as you're running a positively antiquated version of Internet Explorer, the very first thing to do would be to upgrade to IE 6.0 SP1.
Next, go to the Windows Update site, and download and install ALL security patches on offer, especially the Cumulative updates for IE and OE, and the Java/VM update.
That will fix innumerable bugs, update a large number of important system files, and plug many security holes.
Try that, and keep us posted!
